In the complaint in this action, the state alleges that defendants, without right or justification, caused certain agents and employees of the state to desist from the construction of a road across a tract of land in section 32, township 20 north, range 16 east, in Kittitas county, of which tract defendants claim to be the owners, the state seeking to enjoin defendants from interfering with the prosecution of the work.
