Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of his complaint. We affirm.
On March 30, 1984, plaintiff filed a four-count complaint, naming Larry Critchfield, Edith Critchfield (Critchfields), Thomas Murphy, and Linda Murphy (Murphys) as defendants. Plaintiff concedes that all counts of the complaint are based upon tortious interference with a parent’s custodial rights.
