MEMORANDUM ORDER
REBECCA BEACH SMITH, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs’, Pfizer Inc. and Pfizer Limited (collectively “Pfizer”), Motion and Memorandum to Amend the Court’s Judgment (“Motion”). 1 On August 12, 2011, this court entered its Opinion and Final Order (“Opinion”), which found, in pertinent part, that the defendant’s, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc.
