Defendants, Ebrahim Saghatoleslami and Sirous Saghatoleslami, d/b/a Aspen-Glen-wood Associates, (developer) appeal from judgments of the trial court for breach of contract in favor of third-party defendants Martine Boone, Gourmet Junk Foods, Inc., Madeline Larson, Bonnie S. Miller, and Ul-dis Praulins and intervenor Janice Rustía (contract purchasers). The developer also appeals the trial court’s denial of its claims against defendant Sun Savings and Loan Association (Sun). Sun cross-appeals denial of its claims against the developer.
