In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75, the petitioner appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Newmark, J.), dated September 26,1994, which denied its motion to vacate stated portions of an arbitration award dated January 12, 1994, and (2) as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the same court, dated March 15, 1995, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination and confirmed the arbitration award.

Ordered that the appeal from the order dated September 26, 1994, is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order dated March 15, 1995,…
