Zainuddin S. Karu, plaintiff herein, a twenty-seven year old married foreign student, a native of Bombay, India, who was attending Louisiana State University to earn a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, sued for injuries sustained when two German shepherd dogs belonging to *484the defendant, Daly C. Lavergne, attacked him at his place of
