This appeal arises from a judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Orleans and against plaintiff-appellant, Daniel Schott, et al, maintaining the Commission’s Peremptory Exception of Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction.
