liThe defendants/appellants, Jacob J. David and Revo Water Systems, L.L.C. appeal a jury verdict in favor of Siemens Water Technologies Corp. (Siemens) awarding Siemens monetary damages and injunctive relief. For the reasons that follow, we affirm as amended.
