It is not disputed that the bonds issued by the City of Mobile Upon which the plaintiff brought suit and recovered judgment against' the Port of Mobile, were the valid obligations of the City of Mobile, which was bound by its contract .to levy and collect annually a tax of $95,000, to be applied to the payment of the' principal and interest of the issue of bonds of which those held by the plaintiff formed part.
