Petitioner Hardy Exploration & Production (India), Inc. (“HEPI”) has filed a Petition to confirm an arbitration award (“Award”) against Respondent, the Government of India (“India”), acting through its Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (“Ministry”).
