FENNER, Judge.

Appellants, Historic Constructors, Inc. (Historic), Roger E. Buford, Benjamin F. Bolt, and Deborah A. Bolt (hereinafter collectively known as Individual Defendants), appeal the Amended Judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County at Kansas City on August 27, 1992. The judgment awarded breach of contract dam ages to respondent, Mabin Construction Co., Inc. (Mabin), a subcontractor for the construction project described herein.
