James S. Paterson brought his action against the defendant bank in the Common Pleas Court, Mahoning county, and' in his amended petition alleges that the defendant bank is indebted to him on his first cause of action in the amount of $140,400.00 and interest, and that there is due him from the defendant bank on his third cause of action the sum of $201,327.68, and interest.
