North Avenue Land Co. v. Mayor of Baltimore

This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City dismissing the bill of complaint of the North Avenue Land Company, George R. Vickers, Jr., trustee, Frank H. Callaway, and Fielder C. Slingluff and Frank Slingluff, trustees, against the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, which sought to require of the defendant the specific performance of an alleged contract for the purchase of land to be used as a reservoir site.
