— In a condemnation proceeding, the petitioner appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Corsa, J.H.O.), dated December 31, 1986, as is in favor of the claimant and against it in the principal sum $244,443.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed insofar as appealed from, with costs, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
