Charles D. Day, complainant, filed a bill of complaint against Hugh H. Hanshaw, A. C. Mays, Ira C. Erwin, W. E. Allmond, C. H. Paul and F. E. Hudgins, defendants, as officers and directors of a dissolved corporation known as East Ocean View-Little Creek Volunteer Fire Department, Incorporated, seeking to restrain a proposed distribution of the assets of the dissolved corporation, and praying for the appointment of a receiver to take possession of the assets and distribute them under order of the court.
