Marion A. Allen, Inc., Marion A. Allen, Inc. of Gainsville, Marion A. Allen, Inc. of Ft. Valley, Allen Insurance Associates, Inc. and Allen and Furr, Inc. (collectively Agent), appeal the decision of the trial court granting judgment to Jay Angoff, as receiver of Commonwealth General Insurance Company (Insurer), on Insurer’s claims against Agent for payment of earned premiums due Insurer at the time Insurer was declared insolvent.
