In the Court below Louise S. Darling-ton, as executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Helen Boyd, deceased, plaintiff, filed her action against Grace Galloway, and a large number of other defendants, seeking the construction by the Court of certain items of the last will and testament of Helen Boyd, who died on the 5th day of September, 1938.
