WOODBURY, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the United States for Puerto Rico sentencing the defendant to a term of imprisonment after he had been found guilty by a jury on all four counts of an indictment charging him with violating § 2(e) and (f) 1 of the Federal Firearms Act, 52 Stat. 1250, 15 U.S.C.A. § 901-909, by transporting and receiving a firearm and ammunition.
