This case involves a same-sex sexual harassment suit brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against HarberL-Yeargin, Inc. on behalf of Terry Dotson, William Doyle, and Cedric Woods, three of the company’s employees. A fourth employee, Joseph Carlton, intervened.
