This record presents an appeal to the Circnit Conrt by the Connty Jndge in the name of the Connty from an appropriation of the Quarterly Connty Conrt of salary ($600) to the Connty Election Commissioners. The appropriation had been passed by the Conrt nnanimonsly with the Jndge presiding and not voting.

The appeal was allowed in the Circnit Conrt, bnt after a hearing on evidence, the action of the Quarterly Conrt in making the appropriation was “affirmed” as reasonable in amount and lawful under Code sec. 1973.
