The Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, Illinois, referred to herein as petitioner, presented to the circuit court of Cook County the will of Olive Cline Meskimen in which petitioner was named as executor and moved for the admission of the will to probate and for the issuance of letters testamentary. The decedent’s surviving spouse, Lawrence L. Meskimen, referred to herein as respondent, objected, but the trial court granted the prayer of the petition and admitted the will to probate.
