Nemetz v. Nemetz

In this action plaintiff sought a decree quieting title in her as a joint tenant with right of survivorship with the defendant in certain real property. A warranty deed to the property, commonly referred to as a joint tenancy deed, named “Frank Nemetz and Anna Nemetz” as .grante'es. The question presented is whether or not the “Anna Nemetz” named in the deed is the plaintiff, or the mother of the plaintiff and defendant. The trial court entered a decree for the plaintiff.
