Rosenblatt, the Public Administrator of Queens County, petitioned for temporary letters of administration for the estate of Joseph Cunningham, Rose Cunningham, as legatee under the purported last will and testament of Joseph Cunningham, appeals from an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County (Nahman, S.), dated April 17, 2008, which, after a hearing, granted the petition and issued temporary letters of administration to Lois M. Rosenblatt, the Public Administrator of Queens County.
