Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lakritz, J.), rendered October 24, 1984, convicting him of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, attempted robbery in the first degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Gallagher, J.), of those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress a statement made by him to the police and identification evidence.
