FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW and ORDER
RALPH B. KIRSCHER, Chief Judge.
In this Chapter 7 bankruptcy, after due notice, hearing was held January 6, 2000, at Billings on the Application to Pay Professional Fees and Costs filed by Joseph V. Womack, who is serving as both the Chapter 7 Trustee and counsel for the Trustee.
