Plaintiff, Sophie Wees, appeals the order of the trial court dismissing her cause of action at the conclusion of her case-in-chief. We affirm.

Plaintiff was admitted to Creighton Memorial St. Joseph’s Hospital on September 22, 1970, for psychiatric care. At that time she was 52 years of age. She was under the care of Doctor Chester H. Farrell. She had been his patient since 1947, and had been hospitalized approximately 10 times between 1947 and 1970. He diagnosed her as a catatonic schizophrenic.
