Plaintiff commenced this negligence and wrongful death action alleging, among other things, that defendants failed to administer certain prescribed medications to her mother, Deeva Rosenzweig (hereinafter decedent), while decedent was a patient at defendants’ facility, causing decedent to fall and sustain various injuries.
