From the chancery court of Forrest county. Hon. Thaddeus A. Wood, Chancellor. - The Gulf & Ship Island Railroad Company, one of the appellants, was complainant in the court below, Virginia M. Barnes and others, appellees, and the Mobile, Jackson & Kansas City Railroad Company, an appellant, were defendants there. The case made by this record is as follows: The original bill was filed by the Gulf & Ship Island Railroad Company on the 15th day of June, 1908; the fiat for -injunction having been issued by circuit Judge W. II. Hardy on the 18th day of June, 1908, and the bill innvoking the exercise of the' equitable jurisdiction of the cliancei’y court in prevention of a multiplicity of suits.
