(After stating the foregoing facts.) Besides alleging a violation of an ordinance of the City of Thomasville limiting the speed of trains within the city to 20 miles' an hour, which violation is negligence per se, the petition sets forth other acts of negligence against the defendant railroad. It also alleges that the negligence was the proximate' cause of the injuries to the plaintiff, who was a passenger in a taxicab proceeding over the crossing, and who was not shown by the petition to have been negligent in any respect.
