Phillip G. Haddad (Haddad) brought this action against Nordgren Memorial Chapel, Inc. (Nordgren), Kurt J. Mangsen and Katherine E. Mangsen (the Mangsens) alleging breach of fiduciary obligations. Nordgren and the Mangsens (Defendants) counterclaimed against Haddad for breach of fiduciary duty, interference with contractual relations, and tortious interference with business expectancies.
