Melvin Lopez appeals the trial court’s summary denial of his motion, filed pursu*992ant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800, seeking an award of additional credit for time served. We reverse.

The material facts are not in dispute. Lopez was originally charged in 2002. Following a negotiated plea in 2003, he was placed on two years of community control followed by ten years’ probation. From 2003 to 2007, Lopez was arrested in Miami-Dade County on at least three separate occasions and charged with violating his probation.
