McQUADE, Justice.

This is an action commenced in the district court for a declaratory judgment. Plaintiff, a California resident, is employed in soliciting accounts for U. S. Credit Bureau, Inc., of Los Angeles, a collection agency. These accounts are presented to the employer, which either accepts or rejects them. If an account is rejected, it is returned to the original creditor; if it is accepted, Hankins is paid for the account regardless of whether anything is ever collected on it, and he has nothing further to do with the account.
