Appeal from Special Term, New York County. Certiorari proceedings by the People, on the relation of Henry W. Poor and others, against Frank A. O’Donnel and others, as Commissioners of Taxes and Assessments of the City of New York; and against James L. Wells and others, as Commissioners of Taxes and Assessments of the City of New York. From an order denying a motion to quash or supersede the writs of certiorari, defendants appeal.
