In an action to recover rent under a lease, defendant United States Steel Corporation (Certified Industries Division) appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 29, 1971, which denied its motion inter alia to open its default in answering or appearing in the action, to vacate the default judgment entered against it and for leave to serve an answer to the complaint. Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion granted. Appellant’s answer to the complaint shall be served within 20 days after entry of the order to be made hereon. We find that the…
