The plaintiff was injured owing to a fall on an icy, snow-covered driveway located on the defendant’s property in Glastonbury. The plaintiff instituted a negligence action against the defendant and sought to recover damages for his injuries. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant. From the judgment rendered thereon, the plaintiff has taken this appeal.
