An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) determined that an injury to the claimant’s eye while performing carpentry resulted in a period of temporary total disability (TTD) that ended when he was released to return to his usual job as a carpenter. The Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) reversed the award on the ground that the claimant continued performing his concurrent, part-time janitorial job without interruption. Robertson v.
