Plaintiff alleged that he had. leased to the defendant, a resident of the City of New Orleans,the property No. 316 frank-lin Street in the City of New Orleans; and that there was due to him for rent $821 with interest -nd attorney's fees; that he feared that the defendant would remove the contents of the leased premises; he therefore craved for a provisional seizure --nd for judgment for $321 with interest and "ttorney's fees.
