OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Ray J. Sparrow, appeals from the trial court's granting of a Civil Protection Order ("CPO") against him. Susan L. Meyers is Plaintiff-Appellee.

{¶ 2} Appellee lives across the street from Appellant. In June, 2007, Appellee and her husband, John, owned a Labrador Retriever puppy named "Jackie," who was approximately six and a half months old and weighed approximately 20 to 30 pounds.
