ECHO, Incorporated (ECHO) is an Illinois corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling portable outdoor equipment, such as leaf blowers, trimmers, and chain saws. The Whitson Company, Inc., d/b/a Power Tool Company (“PTC”), is a Tennessee corporation engaged in the business of distributing, wholesaling, and reselling, among other things, portable outdoor equipment.
