It is impossible for me to concur in that part of the opinion of the Court which states “that the official determinations regarding the valuation for the purposes of property taxation and the documents . . . regarding these determinations do not constitute admissible evidence of the market value in condemnation proceedings,” and which in my judgment absolutely eliminates said evidence no matter what the circumstances of each particular case may be, *119whether it is produced by the testimony of witnesses or by an official certificate of the assessment.
