This case should be put in proper perspective. It is important not to let our judgment be clouded by the conduct of the security police investigators in this case. Appellant was convicted on October 19, 1990, of conduct unbecoming an officer by committing sodomy and adultery with Mrs. S on numerous occasions between May 4 and June 29, 1990. Appellant met Mrs. S in March 1990, and they started to socialize together.
