This matter was brought under the original jurisdiction of this Court as a petition for *98a writ of prohibition, by Universal Underwriters Insurance Company and Zurich American Insurance Company (hereinafter "Petitioners").1 The Petitioners seek to have this Court prohibit enforcement of a ruling by the Circuit Court of Marion County that denied their motion for summary judgment against the Respondent, Christina M.
