PETERS, J.
These are petitions by trustees of a perpetual charitable testamentary trust for the allowance of their annual accounts. The accounts, the allowance of which was prayed, Avere the 57th and 58th annual accounts for the fiscal years ending June 30,1942 and June 30,1943, respectively.
