RAYMOND J. BRODERICK, District Judge.
Currently before this Court is a motion filed by defendants the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (“DPW”) and its Secretary, the Honorable Helen O’Bannon (hereinafter “Commonwealth Defendants”) to stay a hearing before the Hearing Master in this case which is scheduled for Tuesday, November 23,1982, and to quash subpoenas compelling the attendance of certain Commonwealth defendant officials at that hearing.
