Plaintiff Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services, Inc. (“BABSS”) moves for a preliminary injunction against Defendant Hitachi Data Systems Corporation (“HDS”). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs motion is hereby DENIED.
