Gary Alloway (Alloway) appeals here from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County which affirmed a revocation of his motor vehicle operating privileges by the Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety (Bureau). Alloway had been convicted of burglary on October 5, 1973, was sentenced on March 17, 1975, and his conviction was certified by the clerk of the, court to the Bureau on March 31,1975.
