KELLER, J.,

On March 27,1974, appellant herein was tried for the crime of driving *274under the influence of intoxicants in the Fulton County Branch of the 39th Judicial District of the Court of Common Pleas, and the jury returned a verdict of guilty. Post-trial motions were filed, argued and ultimately overruled. On March 17,1975, the court suspended sentence for a period of six months on the condition that appellant pay the costs and the sum of $300 to the use of the County, and be on probation.
