This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Perry county dismissing for want of equity a complaint filed in such court by plaintiffs who are appellants herein.

Appellees aslc that the appeal be dismissed, assigning as one reason therefor that the abstract of appellants is incomplete and insufficient, as a matter of law, for the reason that it fails to show that notice of appeal was filed in the circuit court as required by statute.
