Four of the five points of contention raised by defendant in this coram nobis motion may be disposed of with dispatch, as follows:
1. A discrepancy as to the nature of the crime in the warrant of commitment, assuming the existence of such discrepancy factually, does not affect the judgment of conviction, the commitment being merely a direction to an officer in execution of the judgment.
