Plaintiff August Brown is a four-year-old boy currently living with his parents in Jacksonville, Florida. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants were negligent in treating August for a urological condition in 1985. As a result, Plaintiffs assert that August has suffered serious injuries requiring additional surgery, while August’s parents have incurred medical expenses and suffered serious mental distress.
